Because our offerings include both tangible and digital items, as well as custom services, the policies below outline how each is handled.

The Craftary Products

All products sold on this website are part of Ruby Road, including all physical and digital products.

We want you to love what you receive.

For physical items, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Please note:

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please reach out and we will assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Custom Services

All custom services (including website design, branding, and personalized work) are offered through Neeta Weez and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Because these services involve time, strategy, and custom creation, refunds are not available after the project has started.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Custom services cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Farmasi Orders & Returns

Neeta Weez is an independent partner with Farmasi. Farmasi products are not sold directly through this website.

All Farmasi orders are placed through Farmasi’s official website and are subject to their own policies, including shipping, returns, and refunds.
