I recently started watching my old church in California online again, and I forgot how much I missed it. I’m actually going back to the beginning of their current message series so I can work my way through the whole thing. It feels a little like going home without having to leave Arkansas.
🥤 Chocolate Collagen
I love how adding collagen back into my routine, makes it easy to sneak a little extra protein into my day while also supporting my skin, hair and nails. It’s one of those simple little things that takes almost no effort—which is exactly the kind of wellness habit I can stick with.
☕ Porch Sitting
Early mornings on the porch before Arkansas remembers it’s August. A cup of tea, a little quiet, sometimes my Bible, sometimes absolutely nothing at all. I’ve been trying to slow down enough to actually enjoy those little pockets of peace instead of feeling like I always need to be doing something.
